Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovercard & COD Money Order for U.S. orders only.
Shipping Time.
Customers can expect their item to be shipped during the standard shipping which is 7 – 10 business days.
Shipping Methods.
FEDEX; UPS, USPS Ground unless Specified.
Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible.
When Customer chooses US Postal service, Customer accepts the risk of total loss of merchandise as Absolute Accessories cannot guarantee delivery, nor be held responsible for non delivery or damage shipped by the US Postal Service and subsequent foreign carriers. Insurance with the US Postal Service is NOT available as the red tape and bureaucracymake the processing of a claim a non Customers as they wait and wait and wait, for months, etc. for their delivery or a claim to be poorly processed.
Customers are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS or USPS makes the delivery. If Customer misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the two way shipping before we can reship that order. If the Customer does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed a 20% "order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking" fee; plus the two times the Fedex; UPS or USPS shipping charge, minus the initial payment.
Manufacturers Defects & Damage.
Only Exchanges or Refund will be allowed in case of manufacturer defects or incorrect product on unused items within 14 days of receipt of goods.
NO DAMAGE OF ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as shopworn; sun-fading; finger prints; hanger marks; perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell; writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc.
All original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, etc. must be returned as new.
Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days.
Products returned for any reason other than damage, defects or incorrect will NOT be eligible for return nor exchange. We do not accept unwanted/unopened returns on any items. Products to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide you with replacement or repair service. Please contact our Customer Service Department or email us within the time period specified to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. All returns will be refused without RMA #.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
·All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
·Original packaging.
·Original invoice or receipt. - Please keep a copy for your files.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
Return the item to the address given to you by our customer service rep.
Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box or package.
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 must be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department or in a timely matter.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or the manufacturer's error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us which does not include the shipping cost.
